What is the difference between public decoration and home improvement?

Public decoration is different from home decoration, home decoration quality covers many details such as planning, materials, construction, etc., and public decoration is especially the decoration of commercial places, and its professionalism largely depends on the commercial value invented by planning. The biggest difference between the decoration plan of commercial space and home decoration planning is that commercial space seeks to maximize the profit of customers through planning.

Home decoration is interior decoration,

the general requirements are low, and the qualification of home decoration is relatively disordered. Now it is handled by relevant industry associations, such as China's interior decoration association, or the construction decoration association of various provinces, and the requirements are also relatively loose.

It is particularly worth mentioning that many interior decoration and even professional people understand public decoration as tooling, in fact, the two are completely different.

First of all, the vast majority of home improvement projects do not have an HVAC system; There is no water supply and drainage system; There is no strong and weak current system; There is no monitoring system; There is no fire protection system; There is no sewage treatment system. A good planner can not only digest the construction plan. It can also identify problems and communicate with the construction plan in advance.

Secondly, home improvement is now full of movable structures. The spatial layout of the house is now fixed and unchanged, which can also be understood. Then, as an important content of interior planning, space planning cannot play a role in the field of home decoration. However, as a public installation plan, many of the planners are in front of space planning.
