In order to ensure the correct position and elevation of anchor bolts, a guard observation should be carried out when the concrete is poured in civil construction, and if changes are found, the construction personnel should be notified immediately to deal with them in time. When all foundation anchors are completed, report to the supervision company for the acceptance of the foundation project, and make a concealed project acceptance form, and submit it to the relevant units for confirmation. If unqualified parts are found, they will be repaired and rectified in time to ensure that all parts are fully qualified.
