1. The construction environment temperature of steel structure coating is suitable for 10~30 °C, and the relative humidity should not be greater than 85%;

2. During the construction process, the surface temperature of the steel must be 3 °C higher than the dew point temperature before construction.

3. Under strong wind, rain, fog, snow and strong sunlight, outdoor construction is not suitable.

4. When the ventilation

of the construction environment is poor, forced ventilation must be adopted to ensure air circulation at the construction site.

5. Before painting, the surface of the steel structure

engineering should be visually inspected, and the surface cleanliness and surface roughness of the steel structure should meet the design requirements.

6. The coating method and brushing process should be selected according to the physical properties, construction conditions and shape of the coated steel structure of the selected coating, and should comply with the provisions of the paint specification or product manual.

7. Anti-corrosion coatings and diluents of steel structure engineering shall not be in contact with acids, alkalis and other chemical media during transportation, storage, construction and maintenance. During the construction process, open flames are strictly prohibited and dustproof and exposed to sunlight.

8. The

interval between surface pretreatment and coating should not exceed 4 hours, and the workshop operation or sunny days with low humidity should not exceed 12 hours.

9. The steel structure that needs to be assembled and welded at the construction site, the two sides of the weld should first be coated with a workshop primer that does not affect the welding performance, and the secondary surface of the weld heat-affected zone should be cleaned after welding, and should be repainted according to the design requirements.

10. During construction, it is advisable to use corrosion-resistant resin to prepare cement to repair unevenness; Do not mix the paint with powder oblique by yourself; Compounding cement shall not be used on site with resin and other self-formulated paints.

11. Each coating should be carried out after the previous coating film is dry. Coatings should be stored below the ambient temperature.

12. Epoxy resin coatings include one-component epoxy ester bottom coatings and two-component epoxy resin coatings. Two-component coatings must be formulated according to the mass ratio and stirred evenly, and the prepared coatings should be used after maturation.
