1. 8. Sichuan steel structure processing and hole making methods include drilling (high precision of the hole, small damage to the hole wall), punching, (the thickness of the plate is not more than 12mm, and the grinding wheel should be used around the hole after punching), cutting holes (when the hole diameter exceeds 50mm, flame cutting holes are also used.

9. Class A and B bolt holes (Class I holes) should have the accuracy of H12, and the surface roughness Ra of the hole wall should not be greater than 12.5μm. Class C bolt holes (Class II holes), the surface roughness Ra of the hole wall should not be greater than 25μm.

10. When the bolt hole spacing exceeds the above table, the welding rod matching the base metal material should be used to repair the welding and remake the hole.
