The installation of the column is one of the difficulties in the construction of the heating furnace radiation chamber, and ensuring the verticality of each column is the key to the installation of the column. The specific steps are as follows

(l) Use a 50t car to crane the first column on the furnace bottom circle beam, use two theodolite to align from two vertical directions, use four wire ropes to seal the temporary fixation from four directions, and weld the column feet to the furnace bottom circle beam.

(2) After erecting the second column in the same way in the symmetrical direction, connect and reinforce the two columns at a height of about 2/3 with two seamless steel pipes (plus connecting plate in the middle).

(3) Erect the third and fourth columns in the same way in the vertical direction, and use two steel pipes to reinforce horizontally, connect the four columns into a frame and remove all the reinforcement sealing ropes.

(4) With these four columns as support, use a 50t car crane to erect the other 12 columns in turn, each erected, and at the same time complete the installation and spot welding of the reinforced ring beam between the previous column and the following cross reinforcement. Then erect the next one in the same way until it is all erected.

A 50t car hoarding can be used. According to the plate arrangement diagram, along the mesh steel skeleton from the lower circle to the upper ring hoarding. Before the hoarding, according to the situation of the arrangement, there is no reinforced ring beam at the upper and lower ends of the board, and a circle of wall bars is temporarily set up to facilitate the hoarding and ensure quality.
